Zehra joins our school every Friday, bringing with her a wonderfully unique blend of science, psychology, and Montessori education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree, and later pursued training in psychology through the lens of transactional analysis, a path that profoundly shaped her thinking about what it means to truly support a child’s development. That journey naturally led her to early childhood education, drawn by the desire to contribute to the healthy, harmonious growth of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Beyond her work at the school, Zehra runs Montessori workshops for children who don’t have access to this type of education, offers academic support using Montessori materials, and leads training sessions for adults looking to discover or build a career around Montessori pedagogy.
At the heart of everything she does are nonviolent communication, genuine warmth, careful observation, and deep respect for each child’s own pace — values she believes are essential to helping every child truly flourish.
